The start of one of the greatest gaming series ever! The, "Tales" series. Tales of Phantasia is possibly one of the greatest games for the SNES. (In my opinion it's better then Chrono Trigger.) Tales of Phantasia has a basic story. There's some evil god and he's taking control over the lands. But the story really does progress once you get a little further into the game. There isn't many things about Tales of Phantasia that are bad. Except for the fact that you can only be the main character Cless. Although there are 4 people in your party. Also your partners will do to many spells even if you select a different tactic for them. If they cast a spell you have to wait for it to be cast so that is kind of aggrivating. Other then that ToP is the best SNES game out there. So...Buy It!
