wow thats really sad that Gamespot hasn't changed the rating of this game DX
User Rating: 8 | Tales of Destiny (PlayStation the Best) PS
One of the first in the tales series and I played it jsut before I got tales of the abyss. I actually though this game was much better than tales of the abyss and I believe it deserves a MUCH HIGHER score. I liked all the characters except for Mary and Philia. Unless you knew the cheats for the game and had leveled up when you wern't in a quest you'd never have the chance ot do so again. I didn't like the random encounter system but then again I never have. I actually got stuck when getting Philia's stupid swordian at one point cause I didn't know that I could move some rocks that were in the way 0_O. I hated how you could never have enough healing items and until you got healing spells you had to find a healing point or just run form battle.
Fights were pretty easy except for the bosses they were medium difficulty. Only Bruiser Khang was hard to get. ( I never got him :( Took me forever to get through the under water cavern and through batista's castle DX. Loved killing him wish I could just do that repeatedly XD
all in all one of the greatest games ever
