The graphic is great, keep in mind that this game was made with the old engines in 2005. The sound is also awesome, everybody in the game talks including hostages and your officers, wounded civilians can make very disturbing sound though.
Gameplay 9/10
Now THAT, is addictive. The gameplay is just plain great and very realistic. The campaign is much better if you're trying to get high score instead of just passing the level, though sometimes you won't manage that. Don't think of this as a plain FPS game, you're suppose to saves life, not take them. Yes, that apply to everyone, but sometimes you just can't afford the risk. Everyone in the game dies after 3 or 4 shots, the suspect is standing in front of you with a heavy gun and a hostage beside him, you told him to put his hands up, knowing that the chances that he'll listen are 2/3, will you shoot him? Even if he put his gun down, there's still a chance that he'll change his mind and pick them up before you secure them, or another suspect from another room will run in, or the hostage may freak out, grab the gun and shoot everything in front of him, you have to stay calm, act quick and endure the pressure at the same time. There're few but wide range of guns, from the M4A1 which pierces through windows and walls to the Bean-Gun for top-scoring nerds. Suspects and civilians will appear randomly every time you play the mission, they don't stay in only one room either, so don't expect to copy what the guy sitting next to you are doing will work. The only thing that I can complain about this game is that you get lost VERY easily, it's frustrating when you secured everyone and still going around looking for one specific guy.

I suggest you play this game whether you like FPS or Tactical or both. It's seriously a great game. I didn't manage to specify half the feature of the game so expect much more when you buy it, which you will.
