Unfortunately it doesn't present the improvements you would expect from a remake
Street Fighter II: Turbo Revival is a solid game that has all features of its prior versions, that can be a good thing, but let's not forget that this game is a remake, and when I play a remake I expect some improvements in certain areas of the game.
The graphics, including scenario and characters, remain the same from the SNES, some textures look better but it doesn't make much of a difference when compared to the SNES version.
Another point where the game fails is in its sound effects, the songs are pretty nice but unfortunately it will sound like they are not from a GBA version of the game.
Although the game has some serious problems, it still manages to be a solid experience for anyone who hasn't played the original game as it is a good copy that keeps the good features of the game such as its gameplay and challenge level, which remain good until today.
So, if you are looking for a good fighting game for your GBA I think you should definitely get this one, but if you have already played the original version and you still own it, you'd better stay away from this game because you are not getting a something different.
