Graphics, Sound, Control. Couple of basic things for a good game during the 90's, Super Metroid added one to that list; Gameplay. There are few games that can match the gameplay of Super Metroid, because everything about this game is just near perfect. AWESOME boss battles, and your weapon of choice depends on the HUGE environments! Yes, you will be using your good ol' blaster till end of the game, and you will be suprised by how your weapons are used through out the whole game. Story is what makes this game just perfect, a bounty hunter crash lands on a foreign planet (fill in your imagination). Music is based on the classic NES game, but now everything sounds lot better thanks to the "midi" format back then. One thing i will mention is, that the game is full of surprises, especially the boss battles, and the ending!
