While many people may not be into bowling games too much since there aren't any great ones out there, Strike Force Bowling is my choice if you must have a bowling game. There is a wide selection of balls (varying from 6 pounds to illegal 20 pounders) and 12 lanes (2 different versions of each area) and a number a characters to choose from. While the music isn't the best, at least you can turn it off. The sounds are decent, but you get the same sounds for each lane and ball. I think a heavier ball would make a little bit more noise than the 6 pound balls. The tournament mode is a challenge and making it to the final four takes work. If you do happen to make it to the championship match, you better bowl a 300 or you'll most likely lose. The golf mode is interesting too with all the different layout of pins. Strike Force Bowling is a decent game and would be worth while if you are looking for a nice bowling game to play over the weekend.
