this game is impossible to beat

User Rating: 9.6 | Street Fighter II SNES
I find it strange that I have never seen Street Fighter 1, even in picture form, but whatever. This was one of the first SNES games I owned, and well.. check the review.

Graphics - haha thumbs up on this. 16 bit done with enough details to make each character on the screen feel almost lifelike. The stages are beautifully crafted, especialyl Saggot's stage with that big ol' Buddha statue in the background.. superb. The only downfall is that the levels are in fact very small when your fighting.

Story - Well, each character has a different story so I can't really explain them all. Basically you're character has to beat M. Bison (Mr. Bison has been commonly referred to Mike Tyson when I was a kid) for his/her dream to come true.

Gameplay - So much fun, and without too many glitches. Although this was for the Super Nintendo, there were quite alot of moves for each character. Then (if I'm thinking about this game or Turbo I don't remember) you can unlock more characters like Balrog or Vega. Anyway, all the characters have special moves that do more damage then normal and impress your friends because you were able to pull it off (such as Ryu & Ken's blue fireball thing, or E. Honda's "du hoy" head butting move). Playing against a friend was a blast... wow, feeling nostalgic now. The final thing about the game play i the mini games you can play to earn more points - this includes destroying a random car, destroying boxes, etc.

Overall - I'm nearly positive that almost every gamer under the sun has played this game at one point or another in their lives. But if you haven't I highly reccomend you play the game that started it all... that started every Street Fighter now.
