Well at least it was better than the first one.

User Rating: 6.4 | State of Emergency 2 PS2
State of Emergency 2 is a follow up of the first one, when the corporation returns. The story itself does find out why this has come to be throwing you straight into the action as an exrevolutionary escaping his execution. This one does have some sort of story line attached to it but fails to deliver anything remotely worthwhile. Gameplay has significantely increased from its predesesor, and allowing you to have access to more weapons, and recruit gang members in your struggle to overthrow the corporation, again. Though you are able to do this, they don't benifit you a great deal as they take about 5 minutes just to kill one enforcer, so they are merely there for morale support.
Graphics have become better, but they could of improved on the way Libra looks, i wouldn't have her on a Friday night. Frankly, it tells the same story of the corporation trying to use a substance in order to control their rebellious population, and failing to give a decent ending. Will kepp you busy for about 3 hours, excluding the extra mini-games, which I find to be the main highlight. Needs a lot of work still...
