Why Bad Reviews?
I DID take the Darkside ending and preferred it, so I was quite pleased with this. Another aspect of why I enjoyed it was that Hoth has always been one of my favorite battles, in the movies and in SW:Battlefront.
I am also a fan of finally not being forced to kill EVERYone. You, being such a high-ranking official second only to the emperor, are certainly not penalized for killing your loyal Snowtroopers, but you can opt to just let them do their job killing rebel scum whilst you rip their Echo Base to shreds.
It has the same targeting flaws as the game, which I've mostly gotten used to, and expect, so I can live with that. It is also very short, which for $10 isn't the best deal. I just liked the alternate Vaderless Original Trilogy so much, I would have been happy if this had been the direction Force Unleashed 2 had gone in.
If your someone who chose to "play as Vader" on Hoth in Battlefront II, then you will like this.
