Despite a few flaws, Force Unleashed is definitely one of the best Star Wars game ever. For the PSP, its just epic.
Thumbs-up:
1. Practically anything can be tossed, crushed, hurled across the battlefield and dragged. ( Includes gigantic statues as well )
2. Tons of insanely powerful force powers that can be upgraded, used together to execute special moves and wreck the terrain on a whim.
3. Boss fights are epic. As are the duals with other lightsaber-wielding opponents.
4. Storyline is fairly decent. A few plot twists here and there. =)
5. Sound is great tho' recycled. But it reminds you of the good old times. ;)
6. Unlockables makes replaying worthwhile. And... you'l want to replay just to max all ur force powers too. =D
7. Some bonus content other than single-player. Exm: Historic Missions.
8. Customizable lightsabers.
9. Various unlockable outfits. =)
10. Combat is fluid as ever. Force effects are amazing as well.
Thumbs-down:
1. Slightly short. But definitely longer than God of War.
2. Character models could have been more polished. Up close, they look kinda jagged.
3. Previous levels cant be replayed.
4. Slight hiccups when the screen gets overcrowded. But only very, very slight. No worries there. ;)
5. No branching storyline. Oh well... was hoping for one...
6. No difficulty settings.
Overall:
A must-have for any Star Wars fan. Or if u like wielding a lightsaber and blasting people off their feet and perhaps electrocuting them silly, this is perfect. Definitely recommended.
