Finally a game that captures the feel of the Clone Wars

Star Wars: The Clone Wars is pretty good. The action is pretty fast paced and is just a lot of fun to play. The game takes place between episodes ll and lll. I really felt like I was fighting in the clone wars. The game starts with how the Jedi helped Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Padme escape the arena and then takes you to the huge battle afterwards. There are a lot of missions to play and multiple ways to play them. Sometimes you are in a Jedi tank (since when do the Jedi have tanks?). Others you are in a clone walker or fighting on foot. Because the game is pointed towards epic battles, being a Jedi on foot is not very fulfilling. Luckily you don't have many missions without your trusty vehicle. The multiplayer is awesome, maybe the best part of the game. There are average death matches where you blow the crap out of your buddies. There is kind of a strategy game where you take bases spread across the map. You must search for them, build their defenses, and then use them to produce my army. But my favorite is arena mode. This is where you and your friends are on the same team, but are competing to get more points. But there is what seems like endless stages where enemies come out of gates, each stage there are more and more powerful enemies come. Then every 5 stages you duel with your buddies and whoever wins gets bonus points. You can play this in a vehicle or on foot with your lightsaber. Graphics are very nice and clean and there are no apparent bugs in the game. Even though this game is older, I think you will like this better than Star Wars: Battlefront l or ll.
