If you are a fan of the clone wars series, you will enjoy battling your friends with this game.

Faulty controls keep this game from reaching true potential, and the game challenges can just be plain frustrating, but since the release of the Wii Motion Plus, it made this game even more enjoyable. This game offers you a story mode in which you play through some of the Clone Wars movie duels, as well as playing as your favorite clone wars characters, through out some of the episodes of the first season. The timing in which the game was created was a bit too early, seeing as the game only goes up to the 10th episode of the clone wars series, not to mention if they had waited a bit longer, they could've had a wider character selection to choose from. Though the character selection may not be too satisfying, there are plenty of levels to choose from, and you may get a laugh or two from the things some of the characters say.
Example:
Anakin to Obi-Wan: "If I win, you have to shave your beard."
The game also offers a set of challenges for each character, and the depending on the amount of challenges completed, you will unlock new characters and clothing for the characters. Before I had the wii motion plus, it was very hard to pull of combos in this game, seeing as the wii remote would not properly detect my movements, as I thrust the controller forward or swing upward, it would just go in the opposite direction, and the timing of the creation of the game wasn't to good because had they waited a little longer, they could've taken advantage of the wii's motion capture capabilities, but without the wii motion plus, the game feels somewhat broken. If you are a true Star wars fan and fan of the clone wars series(and also own wii motion plus) you won't have any problem enjoying yourself with this game.
