Racer Revenge will leave you laughing...as you pass the the guy that you blew up last lap.
Gameplay: 10/10: This game does nothing hurtful to the racing genre, and even improves it. The game has several different ways to play each course. One, the old fashioned way of racing to the front. Two, extermination your way to the front. Three, shortcuts.
Graphics: 10/10: The graphics are outstanding. Not only are the racers themselves, but the environments are simply stunning. One level has you racing through a forest of giant, luminescent fungus, another has you racing through tunnels of an aquatic city. The debris will also have you laughing as you pass the flaming remains of guy who "used to be" in second.
Sound: 9/10: The sound quality is great, but every boost and such sounds the same. The reactions between the racers' pods are always different though, when bumping into another racer you will sometimes hear a clank, sometimes a clunk, sometimes a clink, etc.
Value: 8/10: Racing games generally don't have much replay value, but Racer Revenge will keep you going for awhile trying to unlock all of the endings and characters.
Overall, Racer Revenge is a great game that any racing fan can enjoy. The game surpasses many other racers with amazing graphics and just plain awesome racing.
