One of the greatest RPG Titles to ever grace the gaming community.

User Rating: 10 | Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic XBOX
Where to begin, where to begin? Well, Star Wars KOTOR takes place 4,000 years before the 6 movies. It is when the Sith are in a lot higher numbers, and many, many Jedi have fallen against their deadly wave.

You can play from 2 genders, and each have 3 different classes you can choose. From there you can choose what your character looks like, putting up his or her stats, and a few other things. You start off on a ship called the Endar Spire. It is currently being overrun by the Sith, and your job is to escape along with a former Jedi named Bastila.

After escaping the Endar Spire, you crash land on Taris, a world that is also being ran by the Sith. From there on out you do many, many missions throughout the game for many people such as transporting spice, killing someone, or destroying something.

During your journey you can choose if you want to follow down the path of light, or the path of the dark side, I would prefer the dark side, thank you very much. Your choices affect how people talk to you and what sort of missions and weapons you will also acquire.

There are 9 characters to have in your party, and mostly all of them are useful, there are Jedis, droids, and a Wookiee. Some of the planets are familiar to the crazy Star Wars fans such as Dantooine, Tatooine, Taris, and Korriban and a few other ones as well. You don't get a lightsaber until about 5 hours into gameplay, but you can also customize what color you want it to be and what kind of powers it could do.

You can also customize your other weapons and armor and adding sniping to them and many other things. You soon acquire a ship called the Ebon Hawk, and with it you can travel to different worlds and you can also explore it and talk to your different party members.

The game is long, very long, it took me approxiamately 30 hours to beat, but it went by so fast it felt like i was watching a very good but long movie. The graphics are pretty good for a game that came out in 2003. The sound is like watching one of the movies, it has all of the music from the movies and it even adds more on.

The game is a perfect experience with only 2 small flaws, the game can glitch at certain areas, and after you defeat the final boss, you can't freeroam around the galaxy acting you just defeated him like you can in some other RPG's like Fable.

This game is a magnificent experience for any fan or RPG's and Star Wars, together it makes one of the greatest game experiences ever. A perfect 10 out of 10.
