This game is great. Something all PSP owners and Star Wars fans should have. Shooting and multiplayer at its best.
SETTING: Star Wars wanted to improve on their portable games. SWB2 On PSP was so crappy. Same stuff, run n gun. But this is way more interactive. In Renegade Squadron, you have TONS of choices to customize your character to look like in-game. Everything is great including the multiplayer and the Galactic Conquest, where you try to control the galaxy.
GAMEPLAY: The gameplay is wonderful. They did a great job with making comfortable controls to change weapons, enter vehicle etc. You surely won't have problems with controlling the game.
SOUND: The sound is one of the best parts of the game. The music is a bit repetitive, but the gunshots and the laser sounds make it great while having great voices talk through when you capture a command post or do something important. Makes it very realistic.
STORY: The story that happens in the game is pretty cool. Its all guns in this story. You must take control of your squadron and defeat the empire planet by planet. You get to face some bosses and the voice acting is good too. If your a Star Wars fan, you should like the fact that you have Han Solo and Chewbacca who help you through out the missions. The story wasn't short which is great but if they could then they could've added a Clone Wars campaign.
Last but not least, the AWESOME FEATURES: Like i said above, you can customize your character and change your load out at command posts. They have tutorials for beginners. The Galactic Conquest feature, explained above. And my favorite, the most important, INSTANT ACTION!!! Create your own battles and play against the computer. Multiplayer is also included so you can play with your friends or against the rest of the world.
