An amazing story that can be played over to have different effects and from different points of view.

So I've gotten through all of the first 3 Star Oceans now. This one reuses the same type of skill system as the first one and the third one also does however, I just have to say that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I found the skill system on all of these games to be really customizable and rather interesting. They allow you to really make each individual character your own unique character. What I found to be the most entertaining part of this game though was how there are 2 different stories to play.
This game, Star Ocean: Second Evolution, has two main characters, Claud and Raina. You can actually play this game form either of their point of view which gets it to feel almost like two completely different games. This gives the game an instant replay value and allows you to play with even more of the games features. And just like in the previous Star Ocean, you get to choose your additional characters that journey with you. Plus you'll see a few familiar faces from the first game too.
Each of the characters are quite unique and have there own personalities plus each has there own personal question you must embark on if you are to keep them too. It gives you a lot more en-depth feel to the characters as well as letting you get use to there abilities.
All in all, for me, this game was every bit as great as the first one and has some great features added on to spice it up even more.
