A game with potential
1. turret editor
2. plant editor
3. mountable creatures in tribal stage
4. infantry in civ stage
Aside from what it lacks, the rest is quite superb. They do need to fix the animation glitches, if that hasn't been fixed already. I say this because I have version 1.3 of the game and therefore don't know how well the more recent patches are. But again, the game itself needs some things added, hopefully in a patch, to it. Like with mountable creatures. My idea for that was to be able to outfit them with armor like you could with villagers after domesticating one of the wild creatures. The plant editor has been called for in the spore forums for a long time now, and I agree that it should be used in the game.
Personally, I feel that this is the kind of thing you need to bring concepts of your vehicles or buildings in another video game into the 3rd dimension. Again, I say, great game.
