This is a pretty streightforward game. You like space invaders? so play space invaders! The graphics are great, & the sound matches. The game runs smoothly & hold your attention throughout. You wont be devloping a character or looking at versitile screns. Its pretty much Space Invaders done pretty. Thats it. Each level you advance to will pretty much look like the previous one - give or take. But it does grow more challanging with every level. You can play with another player, or you can choose to play in 'classic' mode. i e ugly graphics for those of you w/ a love for nostalgy. You can save your progress which could not be more important, & save multiple games, so your friends can play without ruining your progress. Space invaders is like tetris, bejewelled, or mahjohng - it just stays great. But its hardly something to hold your attention till you finish the cartridge. So bottom line - play it in between RPG games & the like - & its superb!
