Brilliant! If these are the graphics of the PS2 version, imagine Soul calibur 4 on the Next Gen Consoles!

One thing I find with most fighting games is that they often have no story, or if they do it is just based around fighting competitions, however this is unique (apart from the rest of the series, Soul Calibur 2 to a lesser extent) in that all the characters have their own reason for finding a legendary weapon that can win wars all by itself and are all connected in one way or another.

Another thing I don't like about normal fighting games, is that you just punch and kick each other, which can get very tiresome and it also limits the fighting styles. The Soul series eliminates this problem by introducing a wide variety of weapons, each with their own unique style, meaning you will be able to choose a character to suite your style.

Probably the main reason I bought this game, apart from it being weapon based and the stunning graphics, was the Create A Soul feature, I have always wanted a decent fighter that allows you to customise your own characters and this doesn't just do that it allows you to pick a fighting style, eventually each style gets the ability to wield the weapons and use the styles of the normal characters, depending on the class you will get 2 different main styles (excluding Swordmaster, which can use all the custom styles but none of the main ones)
