Not the best platformer around, But still good fun.

I did'nt expect much when first playing this game, And after playing the game all the way through I got exactly what I was expecting.

Sonic making his first "true" debut on the next gen consoles is'nt exactly the best it could of been, And some of the flaws that the sonic adventure series sadly remain within this title.

Firstly, If you have played any of the previous sonic titles on the Gamecube then you'll pretty much know exactly what to expect here, But with the added twist that you control 3 characters at once utilizing thier different skills when needed.

The tutorial at the beginning is almost an insult as it describes the most basic of actions, And its very slowly too. When the game first starts you'll soon realise that it requires very little skill at all and that the point of the game is basically to run really, really fast. But strangely enough this is what makes the game fun.

Once you start playing as "Team Dark" things get a little more interesting as the levels go by and it does provide a good challenge. "Team Chaotix" is very different from the other 3 teams as they are required to carry out simple missions that mainly involve collecting a set amount of items.

As always, The voice acting is slightly more than annoying, In fact after a certain amount of time you'll want to shoot that Amy right in her oversized head (Do'nt even get me started with that Bumblebee...)

Although this could of been so much more, It can still provide some entertainment for both sonic fans and non-sonic fans alike.

----------------Pros----------------
+ Fast, Fun action

---------------Cons---------------
- Devil worked voices
- Multiplayer has incredibly bad frame rate
