This sonic game combines the best of two worlds the world of Mario and the world of Sonic. In this game Eggman has created a planet part to make up for past evils but sonic is not buying it. Upon of arrival sonic finds out Eggman is using an alien race known as whips to his own advantage. And Sonic isn't going to let that happen and with the help of the whips that give him powers like drills, laser, and more he just might win. This game is design to be more at close to Sonic's roots then the past game. They have kept the story to a minimum. And kept it so sonic is almost continually running Though the game has a Mario Galaxy feel to it. It's still a good game it even has a multi-player mood where you work with a friend to complete levels. The game feature about 7 planets to run in each with there own theme. My favorite is the desert planet. The game also has allot of humor in it for example if you listen to through the epic music that plays on each planet sometime you can hear eggman talking on the PA system. One time I heard him say this "sonic can you please report to the customer service station we found your.. a keys. Ya that's it your keys" I that that was so funny. This game is truly sonic at his best in a long time. And if you don't believe my go out and try it your self.
