This is easily the most underrated Sonic game of all time and would be Sonics crowning achievement if it wasn't for Sonic 2 in my opinion. Either way this is unmissable for fans of Sonic and great 2D platformers.Sonic CD's obtuse level design and time travel gimmick remain as divisive as ever, but for $5 it's easy to pull the trigger for fans and newcomers alike.This version of Sonic CD made by Christian Whitehead is simple the best one. It has 60 frames per second, 16:9 wide-screen, HD pixel filters, there are two types of spin-dash, you can choose the soundtrack you like more, every theme is perfectly looped . The special stages has been improved as well, it supports leader-boards and trophies and it's only 5$. It feels retro, nostalgic, but not outdated I recommend it to every gamer who likes platform games.
