Much better than the 2 Sonic Drift games.

User Rating: 8.5 | Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing with Banjo-Kazooie X360
In 1994, Sega released the first Sonic racing game called Sonic Drift for the Game Gear in Japan only, but the results were terrible and often considered to be one of the worst Sonic games of all time, then in 1995, Sega released the sequel worldwide and however, like the original Sonic Drift, this one is panned critically, and in 1997, Sega released another Sonic racing game called Sonic R for the Sega Saturn, this game is so bad that Screwattack puts this game as the number one worst Sonic game ever made. But 13 years later, Sega decided to make another Sonic racing game called Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing, and what was the result? It's good!

The gameplay is you can choose 22 characters (I'm reviewing an Xbox 360 version) from not only Sonic series but Sega franchise as well like, Billy Hatcher, Aiai, Ulala, Amigo and more. The mission mode were good but some of them were hard to get AAA rankings.

There is also multiplayer mode and it is fantastic! There is no lag in this game so that's cool since I hate lag in multiplayer. I had fun with the multiplayer all the time.

The graphics were crisp, vibrant and colourful. The framerate can be bit laggy but it doesn't ruin the game's look and it was a cool looking game.

Are there anymore downsides? Well the items were uninspired, there are all stars move that were good, but the rest were not. The commentator is also annoying. He had a annoying voice that it can made your ears bleed and the only thing to stop it was to turn down the commentator's volume.

The gameplay is great, the multiplayer is brilliant, the graphics were nice and it was a terrific game overall, I highly recommended!
