Well on this site the N-Gage does not have the best of reps. (Will change with Jungle Recon) This is because most of the games on the hanheld aren't the greatest of games. Sonic N though (in my case), is not a dissapointment. The game brings old school megadrive sonic back to life. The Game has Four characters, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy. Each of these characters have certain special abilities and traits that others don't, and depending on the player are better/worse than the next. The stages in the game are seperated into acts as the original games, also many battles with Dr Robotnic (Eggman), are apparent at the end of each stage. Each stage is different from the last, each bringing something new to the table, and becoming slightly harder as the game progresses. Though their are negatives in the game, the sound. The games music has much to be desired. If only they were taken from Sonic 1 and 2, instead the game has rather bland music. I would like it if the game had a way to turn it off, though not yet have I discovered a way. The sound effects of the characters actions unlike the music are nice and crisp. The game has the speed and crazyness we all know, love, and expect from Sonic releases. SonicN is a great little game to play. It has many aspects from the classic sonics entangled within it. The multiple characters gives a little more depth to the game and something fresh to look forward to.
