definitely not what I expected from zipper...
This game isn't even like a Socom anymore, it's like an entirely different gaming experience, for bad and for worse. The maps are gigantic, making it more like a battlefield experience than the usual Socom experience. I loved the fact that you are able to customize the weapons to whatever way you like them, from scops to hand grips. This was an aspect of the game that kept me hooked for about a month, as well as the awesome online co-op abilities. There are new maps in Combined Assault, I appreciated this two because it made me like the game even more. Even with these new addictions, I won't ever be able to get over the drastic leap this game took from Socom 2. If you loved the Socom games before 3, then there is a high probability that you won't like Socom 3 as much as the other. There is simply just too much change, it's just not like a usual Socom. I would suggest to any Battlefield player to buy this game, but not a old-school loving Socom 1-2 lover like me.
