Great classic brought back to life
And today, it's still a great game. Very fun. Graphics are like any arcade game, but that doesn't stop the gameplay. Different levels of enemies, and some funky bosses. And, this game is no walk in the park. It's level of difficulty comes pretty cloes to that of Ninja Gaiden. It's tough to beat the game, let alone one single room, without losing all your lives and having to continue. But still, one of the achievements is to do just this.
Well, the gist of the game is that you are in a game show and you must go through different rooms, shooting at enemies, some who club you, some you shoot lasers at you, and tanks. There are power ups, like rockets, or invincibility, or a bomb that kills all enemies in the room. And also, there are prizes and cash that give you lots of points added up after the level is complete. And, after going through some rooms, you find yourself fighting a boss. And the first boss cannot be killed with your primary gun-power ups are needed. Sometimes, it may get a little repetitive, and using about 80 lives to beat the game kind of gets on your nerves. But, overall, a very fun game.
