This sequel is heads and shoulders above it's predecessor. Nothing but fun from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

If you played the first Sly Cooper and liked it, then you will LOVE this one. Taking the thief and heist concept to a whole new level. You will play as all three characters, each with their own special abilities. You will work together as a team like I've never seen before in a video game. The experience is exceptional. -- The game looks awesome...very beatiful with a great camera and solid frame rate. I took me a little more than 24 recorded hours to finish the game, but I love to explore...and you'll really want to as well. There's a lot to see and do in this game beyond the missions. If you love to steal, then this one is gonna rock your world. Pickpocketing. Burglarizing. The music is good and very complimentary to the atmosphere of the game. I was actually surprised how deep the character development in this game was...you actually start to CARE about the characters...they weren't just shapes you move around on the screen. The environments are vast and there are multiple ways to get to a certain location. And that's what was fun for me...climb the pole here or jump from a higher space and glide down or run along a wire...you get to choose. The enemy AI is really tough, actually. They will follow you across the world if you alert them and they'll gather help along the way. I never got frustrated once because I thought the game was being a cheat, if I had to repeat over and over a certain mission, it was because of MY timing...not that the game was too hard or being unfair. The cool moves you learn as you progress through the game keeps things fresh. I really recommend this game to anyone who loves a good platformer. It's not all stealth...PLENTY of action and fighting to keep you going. Minigames o'plenty too. The only bummer is no encouraged replay value, so I have to deduct points for that. A great first time experience...but too long to just rent. Sly 2 is awesome!
