The best in the Sly series; graphics and sounds are immersive, the levels large and freeroaming, and the story amazing.
First off, this game would have gotten a 10 from me if it had just been longer.This is definately one of the best games I've ever played.
Why?
This is one of those games that you're dying to complete a mission just to watch how the heist will play out; and, speaking of the missions and heists in this game, they were both widely diverse and immersive, not "ugh-this-is-boring". From operating tanks to tracking down guards to pickpocket, this game has something for everyone; the story will captivate everyone's interest, the characters are beautifully designed, the voiceovers and animations are top notch, there's elements of stealth, agility, and strategy, and the minigames contain everything from combat to humor. Personally, I'm big on details, and this game scores well in that department. In the levels, little things such as store-signs and lit windows add to the fantastic enviroments that are created.
Pros:

+A captivating storyline and characters.
+Great to look at; the cel-shading is phenomonal and unique.
+Free-roaming levels with not too many items to collect.
Cons:
-Not much replay value, although going back and swatting guards with your cane is fun.
-Isn't as long as it could be.
