Great game with good story but too buggy.

I've played about 6 hours of Sleeping dogs but I eventually stopped because of the bad graphics optimization for nVidia cards. I own a GTX460 which, although not cutting edge, still got 50 fps in Crysis 2 extreme mode. Here I can get about 40 fps in buildings or alleys, but on the open streets of Hong Kong I barely achieve 20 fps. And the funny part is that it doesn't matter if I'm using high or low settings.

Without the technical issues I think this would have made a great game because the story is captivating and the atmosphere created on the busy streets is just fantastic. Although at first it may seem like a GTA ripoff it really is much more than that.

I recommend this game to anyone looking for a good RPG with nice action and great atmosphere. Oh, and a AMD graphics card is really useful until either an update to correct the issues is released or until the new nVidia drivers are taken to whql status (now there are only beta drivers).
