Heavily underrated

While this game is clearly not a billion dollar blockbuster Square Enix managed to produce a game possessing a great vibe of Hong Kong in an open world adventure with a lot of little cool things. Sure, the fighting system is a bit simplified and there aren't a lot of unique areas to explore (open buildings and rooftops are limited to mission locations) but the game feels like it had a rather low budget and made amazing use of what they had. I highly recommend this game as it feels like developers have put more than just money in it. It's soaked with creativity and substance despite some minor but visible corners cut. Most of all it feels like a basic gang-undercover cop adventure in Hong Kong. Sure they could have added more cop features and things that I miss from True Crime NY but still, it's a very good game.
