Buy it.

I'm not going to bother writing how good the game is since it's already been done.

If you like this game, try Wild Guns for SNES. It has the same concept (aiming and dodging) however you don't run through the levels, you just shoot guys who come on the screen or pop up in windows. It's a lot of fun especally with two players.
Game spot said the closest port is GI joe arcade thing, I've never played it or seen it (too lazy to google), but I'm going to say it's probably not, wild guns is.

Anyways, buy it. It's worth it. (Except the 200 extra points is kinda dumb since it's not all english, perhaps if nintendo translated it all it would make sense to charge more)
The only downfall is the voice acting(some of it is just terrible, I'd have to actually TRY to voice act something as bad as it), and if you're a graphics whore these graphics are pretty ugly (however you don't pay much attention to them except in cutscenes)

I'd pay 50 dollars for a remake of this game in a heart beat. (especally if it was for the wii, aiming would be awesome.)
