As Far As Customer Experience, It Doesn't Get Much Worse Than This.

I have always loved the previous Sim City games, and despite previous poor customer experiences I have had with EA, I shelled out the almost $60 for this.

Now, 3 days later, after dozens of attempts on my different computers and on different networks, I have STILL not been able to play the game even ONCE.

This is because you cannot even play a private, single-player game unless you are connected to EA's servers! And their servers have been pretty much constantly down since the game was released.

If you are lucky enough to actually get the game to launch, you MIGHT get 10 minutes of game time to start building your city, but the second your internet connection to the crappy EA servers goes out, you get kicked out of the game and lose all of your work.

Yes, truly, I have not been able to play the game enough to fully review the gameplay, but in my view there is no way to remove the quality of the customer experience from the overall product. And as far as that goes, it does not get much worse than paying $60 dollars for a product that is broken, a game that is completely unplayable.
