Maybe not as good as silent hill 3 but still up there

Silent Hill 4 takes the cake, or at least most of it. All around great game, something that i particularily liked about it is the fact that there are no pop up monsters like in resident evil. Also the controls in this game are very good and easy to learn or people who are new to the gaming world. This game has ups and downs, the downs are sometimes the game gets a bit slow due to the lack f monsters. Also there are not many weapons like i RE4 so you don't really get to go all out. It is more of a get a crowbar and kill w.e wont do too much damage to you in the process. It does a good job going to the alternate world. (For those of you who have seen the movie it is when everything gets stained and paint falls off the walls, and the picture gets all grainy). Sometimes the game requires you to get an item ie a key making it so you have to back to search for it which can sometimes get a bit repetitive. Even with its flaws it is in my top 10 action adventure games.
