Story : The most creative, dramatic, meaningful and wondrous storyline I have played in years! You move into peaceful and quiet town of Inaba, and at your arrival, murder cases soon begin to unveil. The main character (Seta/Yu) discovers mysterious powers within him, and with his power, he and your developing party members warp inside a TV, and defeat the Shadows and rescue the endangered people lurking in the depths of the mysterious TV plane. With the power of Persona, the invidual's other-self and spiritual force to help overcome life's hardships, protagonist (Seta/Yu) and his party fight towards stopping the murder mysteries in Inaba. Greatly improvised over P3, the plot develops and unfolds as you play, there is a stronger sense of teamwork and collaboration with the characters. Murder mystery interlaced with dungeon crawing + social links, excellent plot... :)
Characters: They are realistic, down-to-earth, hilarious, full of charm! It is a wonderful cast of characters who you will eventually grow on you, all with distinctive and charismatic personalities and backgrounds
Gameplay: One word to describe it is UNIQUE. One day you can go around town, develop friendships with the characters in the game, take a part-time job, go fishing, or go beat the crap outta Shadows inside a TV ! What I admire about Persona4 is having power to control your main character's actions, which impact your own progress in the game. Dungeon exploring takes a huge improvement over Persona3, implementing themed dungeons from the character's personalities rather than a mindless and outrageous 250+ floor dungeon. Same amazing gameplay but this time with the ability to take action for ALL your party members attacks and moves, biggest asset and improvement over Persona3! Gameplay a tune up from Persona3, but much more enjoyable.
Visuals: It has that ANIME feel that I absolutely love! It only adds to that rich and vibrant relish for the game. Character designs look wonderful, the girls in the game look feminine and sexy, and the guys fit their personalities, tough and outgoing. Environment visuals are intricate and elaborate, it give off this warming and peaceful feel from the town...
Music: Very infectious soundtrack...! :) One thing that keeps the game vivid and fresh is the music! From melodic, soothing and catchy, upbeat music to dramatic and intense dungeon and boss battle themes... Real quality music that fits everywhere you go and surely you will enjoy the soundtrack from beginning to end. I actually listen to the soundtrack on my way to school or while studying for college exams!
Flaws: The only problem I found in this game is that it eventually ends...

This game is PS2's final gem, but Persona4 is simply more than just that.This game NEVER lost its vibe and it was fresh till the very end... A remarkable experience that will remain etched in your mind from long ways to go... Persona4 is a splendid title to anyone's game collection, I will cherish this game for the simple yet philosophical examples the characters set for us, and the encouraging lessons it teaches us about life and its everyday hardships. Thank you Persona4 for making my Winter holiday so memorable!
Now I cannot wait for Persona 4 Golden... Play this game :)
