Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4

Good JRPG, with great cast of characters, and takes the best of P3 and expands it with some tweakage.

Persona has always been known to be different from other rpgs. Take the classic massive dungeon crawling/level grinding with school life simulation, add mythical gods and beasts, put in a quirky evil final boss, and you get the persona series.
As a personal bias, I enjoy rpgs with large amounts of grinding and a attention getting storyline ("attention-getting" is based of personal bias again. sorry! >.

  Yellow is an underrated color, nobody likes it that much, but they would absolutely love this game.
