Adds some new stuff while still sticking to the perfect original formula.
Visually, the game looks exactly the same as the previous games. Enough was added to really separate this season from last but the Sam and Max formula wasn't changed at all. The background music is likewise the same and always enhances the game without being distracting.
The previous Sam and Max's could sometimes, maybe get a little frustrating but a feature has been added where Max will randomly make an in-game comment that is a clue as to what to do next. This feature can be set in the options menu in case the player doesn't really want any clues. Otherwise gameplay is the same old point and click for everything.
The Sam and Max games are always entertaining. You search each environment for clickable objects just so you can hear Sam and/or Max make a comment about it. The game plays very much like an interactive cartoon which is good in this case because it is so funny to watch. There's not much point to replaying, though, unless you didn't click on everything the first time or you need a refresher before playing the next game. In the end, I would definitely recommend this game for everyone.
