With the amount of things you can actually do its quite odd that it gets extremely boring once you beat it.
The game play is probably the best part of the game as there is so much to do and it lives up to the hype, although the only thing I really wish there was is more to do after you have beaten it, once you've beaten the game it becomes increasingly boring,dull, and repetitive and there is quite a bit of glitches such as cars randomly catching fire and exploding.
The story line is good but not great as it could use some more dramatized areas but hey it's Saints Row so what would the point of drama be anyways, the best part is the ending but I'd best avoid that area to keep from any spoilers.
The graphics, like gamespot said, are not going to blow you away but they are pretty good on some aspects and the loading times are quite fast as well.
The Multiplayer is great as you can take your created character and show him/her off to other players and there is even an ability to upload your character to their website so you can let others download and use him/her in their game.
All-in-All it gets an 8.5/10 from me.

Gameplay - 9/10 (If the glitches were removed and if you had more to do at the end of the game this would get a 10)
