I don't know how some of you could let the part of this game being broken let you give this a score of 3 or better.

First off let me say this was a great game, so was SOC and so was COP, but one thing I cannot let go is a game that is so broken I don't know how it ever got released!!! I had well over 400 freezes, crashes and reboots over the life of this game, and I'm not the only one to have that issue with this game.

So that being said I can't give this game anything but a 1 for that fact only. If this game wasn't broken it would get a 10. But even modded the 2nd time around I played this was still mostly broken and the modders are pretty damn good in this series. If anything they should have hired some of these guys to code the game, it would have worked better. Believe me mine was not a PC issue either. I rarely if ever have to do anything to load a game or get a game to work on my always up to date PC. This game was a f-cking nightmare from the second I loaded it, after I finished it, I gave it to a friend and told him to play it at his own risk and mental health or to burn it which ever came first. I wouldn't wish this game on my worst enemy.

If you can get around the bugs, crashes, glitches, freezes, this game is simply awesome. So great improvements over SOC, I liked the upgrading the weapons, lack of money on vendors was a problem. They continued this upgrading with COP and I enjoyed COP. The enemy AI was crazy stupid, pinpoint accuracy and grenades tosses for 100 yards, like the whole first zone was inhabited by former navy seals. I had to mod the game to control the enemy AI otherwise on anything but the easiest mode this game is almost unplayable.

Play this game at your own sanity, there was more than once I almsot punched a hole in my monitor you've been warned. Despite this game being good I still don't see how you can give it more than a 3. Isn't that just telling the gaming companies it's ok to release crap because we're still getting good scores, I know it's not much of a statement, but if this game average a 2 instead of an 8 people most likely won't buy it and that is where you hurt these companies is their wallet. Be rewarded for making a good game, and be punished for not.
