The game comes packed with alot of graphics, features and tools already inside it, but ultimately it's up to the player to customize it and build the games story from the base up. The gameplay is similar in almost all games, but the custom scripting will allow you to vary how the battle sequences work. Secondly, you can alter, add, delete, change or recreate any class, moves, items, animations and so on inside the program itself.
There are alot of built in sound FXs and music, and you can import your own if you wish. The game is fairly easy to export and distribute to others once you have completed it, despite a few missing files.
Ultimately it's a great program for creating your own games, but in the end it depends on how much effort the person is willing to put into it. The price isn't to bad considering it's use either.
