I'll give you the good, the bad, and the ugly of this game.

User Rating: 7.5 | San Goku Shi 11 PS2
The Good:
Pretty map.
Battle system allows gameplay to continue as the battle is fought.
Multiple battles can be fought across China simultaneously.
The game is visually appealing.
Provinces can be customized as to what they produce, no more "cavalry can be built here, siege weapons can be built there" phenomenon.
Is multiplayer.
Compared to the 10th game, you have more control over your vassals.

The Bad:
The roleplaying aspect of the game has been removed and players control a force rather than a person.

The Ugly:

Still doesn't stack up to ROT3K 8. The removal of the roleplaying aspect of the game was the biggest letdown of the game, but at least this one was multiplayer. The 3Kingdoms series has never gotten it "just right", the best we have seen is "almost." If the roleplaying depth of 8 had been placed in this version, it may have been hands-down the best in the series. In fact, 8's only problem was the long, constant, tedious, repetitive battles.
To the game's credit however, this 11th version far surpasses its 3 previous predecessors.
