This was a rather interesting game to me. You start off with a robot and a limited amount of cash. You have a choice. You can enter that robot in a tournament, or sell it and build a new one.

Building a robot sounds fun, but your options are rather limited. Not in the sence that you can't make a cool little deathmachine! There are weight classes and different attributes. Once your done, you can enter your robot into a tournament in one of many locations around the world.

Certain tournaments have entry fees and neccesary qualifications, like certain weapons, or a set weight. All tournaments (or at least most of them) have different rounds in wich you fight other robots that are mostly quite more deadly than they appeat. Every arena has different obstacles that can be used to get your opponents into submission.

You win a round by getting the enemy bots on their backs or by immobalizing them. Armour and parts break off semi-realistically, but an effort has been made and it is noticable. After a round, you have twenty minutes to spend on repairing your bot. Parts will take longer to repair depending on the extent of the damage.

The sound is rather tricky. The music is quite awkward, but the commentary is absolutely awful! Hearing the guy say the same one liners over and over again gets really irritating. Sometimes, you can be a mile away from your enemy and you'll hear the guy jabbering on about how much damage that weapon is dealing, even though noone is fighting!!!

Overall not a bad game, but technical flaws and a short lifespan bring it down. If you were a fan of the show and you are a casual gamer, go out and buy it. If not, be very careful!!!
