Hilarious and Entertaining
Speaking of funny, how can one not mention the crashes? Once one experiences getting knocked off of their bike and watching their rider's body fly hundreds of feet into the air, one is immediately intrigued.
The game has aesthetic issues, of course. The sound effects is very limited. The soundtrack is made up of no-name bands without enough variety. The graphics, even by Nintendo 64 standards, are very bland and smeared looking. But none of these things should prevent the average gamer from enjoying Road Rash 64, for it truly is the game play that matters here.
My score is 8.5, simply because of how fun and addicting it is.
