Rift = WOW + Warhammer
The one aspect from warhammer they include are public quests in the form of rifts. These appear randomly all over the place & include invasions of a zone which can get very annoying when trying to quest.
One thing I did like was the instant adventure option. You're placed in a large group of people & do a number of quests. You'll level up very fast, so long as theres people to do the instant adventures and earn corrupted scourgestones which you can use to purchase planar gear.
The graphics are nice but I just don't have the interest to do it all over. The games a WOW replica so why would I do it all over again when I can go reinstall WOW and play my geared and levelled characters ? No point really.
This game will go free to play. The free til level 20 is bringing in people most of whom won't sub. If you type /who 30-40 at times theres maybe 2-3 people in that level range and thats on a medium population server.
