Good at first but becomes incredibly boring.

This game is probably for those who actually enjoys anything Japanese. If you like to watch any kind of anime/*** cartoon then maybe you'll enjoy this. The battle system would probably make you go "cool! this is really good" in the first few hours; however, the level of entertainment will drop dramatically once you've grasped the concepts.

Graphics are ok, not bad but not great. For some people it may be a disappointment. Since graphics are not important in an RPG, I'll let this slide.

Without spoiling the game, I'll be briefing you on what it's like. The game tries to adopt to a comedic like genre but fails miserably. You travel from level to level doing mainly delivery services (e.g. Fetch me this from xxx or Kill xxx and find xxx) and end up finishing the game thinking "what was this game about?". There is hardly any cut scenes and when there is, it'll be something not so interesting or relevant to the games world.

Battle/stat system does not improve as you progress. While you do level up, it gets to your head on whether there is a purpose to the leveling system. You get these crystals (bezels) to use to do your hero actions; for each action is used, one crystal depletes. The crystals can be refilled when breaking through an enemy's defense. Hero actions need to be planned so that crystals are gained before it is all consumed. As for what you'd be doing in these actions, it's just run, charge weapon, shoot enemy into the air, jump shoot them back down. No new useful moves are gained through out the whole game (20-30hrs), no real useful weapons, and weapon upgrades are just there to kill some boredom. I've finished the game using the default weapons with no customizations - it comes down to how you plan your characters movements (since I'm a chess player, this isn't a challenge at all).
