Resistance is a good fps but not the best

Resistance Fall of Man is a game made by Insomniac and it is one of the first games released for the Playstation 3. The story is set in the 50s when the Chimaeras (a race that can transform humans into chimaeras) attack England, you will play as Nathan Hale, one American that is helping the english repel the Chimaera attack. Almost at the beginning Hale gets infected by the Chimaera virus and he stops being a human but is not controlled by the Chimera, the story is interesting and will make you want to finish the game for see what happen to Hale, if he turns into a Chimera or not.
The game is like any traditional fps, you must do objectives and shoot every enemy at sight, you will get multiple guns, use vehicles or turrets and also help your allies if you must, the weapons will have two functions, the normal one that is shoot and the second one that depends of each weapon.
The graphics are ok but obviously for being the first playstation 3 game it doesnt come close to the recently PS3 games released, if you download new content you will get the rumble function.
Multiplayer is good and you will have alot of fun but after a while it gets a little repetitive.
Resistance is a good game, it gets repetitive to the end and multiplayer despite adding a little repaly value and fun, it doesnt compare to other games, it is a good game if you want to test how is fps games in the Ps3 but if you can, get better games like Resistance 2 or Killzone 2.
