All other reviews are wrong, this game is pure awesomeness (with a couple of bugs)

I don't understand why this game is being so under appreciated, it got a 59 score in metacritic and that is just wrong. This game deserves alot more than what it has been given.

This game has allot going for it, be it the fact that it is the first FPS for the Vita system or that it carries the resistance IP. The real thing is that this game keeps the feel of a first person shooter while also adding its own things, with the exclusion of an R2,R3,L2,L3 it uses the front and back touch screens to fill in the blanks. To sprint you can either tap the back pad twice or just press down on the D-pad. Melee, grenades and secondary fire are all done using the front touch screen and it all feels fluent and doesn't get in the way too often.

If your a fan of the series you would already know that this game has you shooting chimera with awesome weapons. Yet the story of the game may not catch the player as it should, as you go through the main campaign there comes small occurences that is meant to be very dramatic and touch the player but it just doesn't. It would've been nicer to get to know these characters a little more that way we would actually care about them. Other than dramatic scenes, the game has very good voice acting and good face animations to go with it. Not to mention Gigantic boss fights and the amount of zombies on the screen at once.(just not as much as Resistance 2)

If you get too bored of the single player campaign then you can just jump into multiplayer to have fights with up to 7 other players. There are 3 modes; Team Death-match, Death-match and survival. Team Death-Match is pprobably everyones favourite but Survival can be fun but will only last a minute or two (Max time is 5 min). As you gain XP you level up to unlock more guns and upgrades, it seems as though people use the mule, which is a crossbow-shotgun combination, simply because it does allot of damage but I personally use the Six-Eye, a very powerful sniper rifle, just because I love my snipers.

So with a great singleplayer campaign and an entertaining multiplayer, this game is a must-buy for Vita owners. Although it would be nice to see some DLC or higher max level for multiplayer. t's probably best to just stop reading this and just buy it for yourself.
