This is probably one of the all time greats of video gaming. This game has everything anyone who likes killing zombies could want. Zombies, mutated creatures, a creepy mansion with a lab underneath it, and two separate story lines all packed into one game on one disk. To call this game anything but revolutionary, innovative, or so on is an outrage. Let's start with the graphics. I weighted this section to keep in mind it is a PS1 game. But the graphics are still very much acceptable even by today's standards. The voice acting is a bit rough, but at the time, it was probably some of the best there was. The storyline is also pretty solid, even with a few loopholes. I also love the overall haunted house feel of the game. This game is definitely pretty scary at parts. The tank controls take some getting used to, but the superb puzzles and story make up for it. Shooting can also be pretty frustrating at times as the camera angles don't allow much room for error, but you get used to it. Overall, if you haven't played this game, you are missing out big time.
