A true disappointment!
The only good thing this game has to offer is decent graphics and game play. The controls are relatively simple to use, so it should not take long to get accustom to the various characters you can choose to play as during the missions. The next is the graphics, now I will admit that so far the 3DS games offers great graphics and along with the 3D effects it makes the games even better but Resident Evil Mercenaries 3D is still horrible!
Let me explain to you why I dislike this game. First and foremost this game has no story line what so ever, which really frustrated me because the objectives of this game is too simplistic. The entire goal of this game is to finish the missions before the timer ends and try to get the highest amount of points possible. I can understand fighting games not having a story line but as for shooting games I mean come on no campaign! Second the value of this game, is not worth 40 dollars! If you are a fan of Resident Evil and are planning on buying this game I suggest you wait a while until the price goes down for this game or purchase it used. As for non Resident Evil fans I would not recommend wasting your time playing this game. The content is too plain and after a while you will get bored of this game. Trust me when I say this you are better off saving your money until something new comes out!
