Great Rail-shooter!! definatly not disappointing...
first of all Resident Evil The Darkside Chronicles is like the Umbrella Chronicles a Rail-Shooter, so you cant run where you want to or hide from the zombies. you play on already known places (if youre a fan you know those places) from Resident Evil 2, Code Veronica and a brand new campaign where you see how Leon and Krauser met! The story is well conected and it really is great to follow it and getting a flashback from those great games!
the main improvement is the reloading, it works perfectly now, very smooth. the graphic has been improved aswell a bit and they've put commands better (so you can use better the lightgun)! most people dont like the shaking camera but i think its a good thing, cuz its normal when you run,walk, jump or do any other move that you hands shake and you can aim properly... so maybe its a bit annoying but to me still realistic!
all those collectibles forces you to play the chapters more than once what pushes you easly to +-40h of gaming if you are interested in having everything (archives, infos, pictures, voices, costumes,...)
so if youre a fan of resident evil or rail-shooters and you like to collect stuff then you wont make a mistake by buying this game, it really is worth of it!!!
