Having last played Resident Evil 2 for the Original Playstation, I was eager to rejoin the series of games that I had long departed from. I have to say, despite my best efforts to maintain a level of interest in this game I found it hard to get past the various roadblocks.

I'll admit, having not played a Resident Evil title in a while, the controls were somewhat foreign to me and rather non-intuitive. Add to that, the additional level of complexity of having the responsibility for keeping your fellow refugees safe, I found myself struggling to keep myself alive let alone worry about several other people that the various walking dead were feasting upon.

Perhaps if I had invested more time, this game and its controls may have become more natural and I could've immersed myself more in the story and goodies, but as it is I ended up abandoning it.

I would definitely recommend renting (or borrowing from a friend) this title to see if you have better luck before investing the cash in purchasing it.
